Mind, Body & Soul Revitalization – A Bali Retreat

A 10 Day Retreat in Bali
It’s not a journey, it’s a life-altering experience

The Besakih Temple in Bali

At Besakih - Where Tranquility & Harmony Will Touch Your Spirit & Soul

Do you know what it truly means to be tranquil and to have your aura expanded? K2’s (Kris & Kalyn’s) Spiritual Bali Retreat will do this and much more for you.

Welcome to K2's Bali

K2’s Bali Retreat will change your life and soul. The well-being and joy that permeate the air lovingly caress you and nurtures your mind, body and soul, instilling a new, revitalizing flow of life in your being. We do this through our daily morning meditations, our visits to three select temples and through the healing body work at four therapeutic massages.

MIND: Cleanse Yourself of Your Karma at Tirta Empul Temple

MIND: Worshiping Life in Bali

To the Balinese, attending temple is joyful and a regular part of their everyday life. Whether it is their daily offerings or their temple visits, the Balinese know how to allow Source into their lives via the Hindu Gods they worship. Their temples are like open gates to heaven, allowing anyone to join the kingdom within and to experience their own divinity at any time. Bali thus help you realized God Self embodied as king or queen in your life through its pearly gates. Wash your karma and past away at the Tirta Empul Temple; walk into a new life through the Goa Gajah temple and find your coronation at the temple of Besakih.

BODY: Hall entrance to Your Massage, Scrub & Flower Bath

BODY: Cleansing & Healing the Body in Bali

A part of the magic that Bali offers us is through the body work that we will partake in, where you will be treated like royalty. Through the cleansing ritual at the Tirta Empul Temple and the therapeutic massages, yoga (which Bali is famous for) your body will journey on an avenue to expand your soul and aura, allowing you to take in as much of the magical energy Bali offers as you can and allowing you to revitalize your body and health.

You will also nourish your body and pay tribute to it when you dine upon traditional fruit lasses, healthy ginger and tropical fruit drinks and amazing Balinese foods like their Nasi Goren.

SOUL: The Magic of Meditation in Bali

Meditating at Brahma Temple to Tap Into the Energy of the Lake (Mother) & Mountain (Father)

Daily meditations offer you time to tune into the energy Bali offers you. The guided meditations lead by K2, are designed specifically to help you know Bali’s energetic offering and to help you bring this into your life: your divine human. In Bali you will find yourself living in higher-vibrating energies and, through the meditations, you will develop the aspect of yourself that automatically knows how to marry that energy with your life, your Essential Self. You will love knowing how to find the vortex of energy of what you desire in your life, what we call your Golden Flow, and you will learn how to get yourself right into it through our Bali meditations.

Revitalize your Mind, Body & Soul and come experience the life of your dreams- as you are escorted and prepared to receive the best experiences Bali has to offer you by K2.

My name is Paul with the award-winning San Francisco acoustic soul band, Alma Desnuda (Spanish for Naked Soul). We will be touring Bali and Australia and will be playing at famous resorts in Bali like the Ayana Resort in Bali for the New Year’s celebration.
After learning about K2′s Spiritual Bali Retreat, I became very interested in the possibility of us playing there whether it be an informal acoustic performance for your guests, an upscale concert, or background music to a group yoga/meditation session.
Our mission statements are very much in line and we’d love to come check out your lovely place.
We will be on the island from December 26th – January 10th and are open to setting something up within this period.
Please let me know if there’s any interest/availability and then we can work out the details. Thanks for your time.

Beautiful choice of images to convey some of the special essence of place in Bali. Are you familiar with the Pura Sad Kahyangan? These are important spiritual foci in Bali. If you are there in January 2011 let me know. I’d enjoy meeting you. You’re already following me on Twitter where I’m maximos62

Hi Kris & Kalyn,

Your Spiritual Bali Retreat sounds amazing! I am setting off on a round-the-world trip beginning in March and the first stop is Bali. I will backpack around the Globe doing Humanitarian work and I was wondering if there is any type of work/orphanage/school/community issues that you, or someone you know is needing assistance with in Bali? The World is at my feet and the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step… I want to make a difference in the world and really embrace my “Traveling Gypsy” title ….maybe I’ll gain a little direction, guidance and check off a few items on the bucket list along the way. For those of you that don’t know me I am from the backwoods of North …Eastern Kentucky where they have a blue collared, hard working approach to life. I am who I am, and that my friends is a Gypsy! A nomad in love with distant and uncharted places…wandering the World in search of new experiences and connections.

Why am I traveling? There is no “reason.” I am taking this leave of absence and traveling because I want to experience the World and live life to the fullest! I want to grab every exciting, crazy opportunity that comes my way and FEEL ALIVE! I want to take time to think about things that matter to me rather than what is next on my to-do list. I want to fumble through my phrase books, draw in my sketch book and play charades with vendors until they understand what I want. I am independent, but I am lonely and I want to travel and connect with people in a way that I can’t explain. I want to understand what I really miss when I am away from home. I want to hike to the top of mountains and gasp at the sheer beauty of this world. I want to volunteer and serve people that really need my help, and in return, be reminded of how incredibly blessed I am.

I fear the thought of looking back when I am older and regretting that I didn’t allow myself to experience this world the way I wanted to. I have picked up many tips and tricks along my travels about culture, history, mannerisms, food and language. Each time I travel to a new country the locals that I meet are usually under the impression that Americans are uniformed about the World that lays beyond the US borders. I would like to help change that preconceived notion and help educate and inspire people about the World around us and teach them to embrace other cultures and give them a chance to look at life in a whole new perspective…

I hope that we cross paths in the near future and if you have any tips on places for me to begin, please let me know :)

Love & Light!
